About this role
ServiceNow Administrator role for Amazon’s Project Leo (Leo Devices & Systems). You will manage and enhance the ServiceNow platform through administration, workflow implementation, scripting, reporting/analytics, and integrations while providing on-call support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and configure ServiceNow platform
- Implement and maintain workflows
- Troubleshoot users/services and optimize performance
- Customize forms, fields, tables, and UI using JavaScript and Glide API
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers
Technical Overview
Own ServiceNow platform configuration and ongoing maintenance, including upgrades, workflows, and integration development. Use JavaScript and Glide API for form/field/table/UI customization and build REST/SOAP integrations using MID Servers, plus dashboards, reports, and data analytics.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced ServiceNow administrator/developer who can independently configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades, workflows, and integrations. They have hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Glide API, and they can build REST/SOAP integrations using MID Servers while improving performance and user experience.
