About this role

Lead implementation and optimization of ServiceNow modules with a focus on Enterprise Architecture capabilities. Own Service Portfolio Management and Digital Portfolio Management, including service mapping concepts and tag-based mapping workflows. Build integrations and customize ServiceNow solutions using APIs, transformation techniques, workflows, and scripted APIs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture products, including application, technology, and information portfolio management
Optimize Service Portfolio Management, including business services, technology services, and service offerings
Oversee the implementation and enhancement of Digital Portfolio Management within ServiceNow
Integrate Service Mapping concepts, including tag-based mapping, into operational workflows
Develop and enhance integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs and robust transformation techniques

Technical Overview

This role is centered on ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture, including application, technology, and information portfolio management. You will implement and enhance Service Portfolio Management and Digital Portfolio Management, and integrate Service Mapping concepts (tag-based mapping) into operational workflows. You will also develop integrations with external systems using APIs, create workflows, and build scripted APIs to customize ServiceNow solutions aligned to enterprise architecture objectives.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced ServiceNow Architect/Engineer who leads implementation and optimization of ServiceNow modules focused on Enterprise Architecture capabilities. They have strong hands-on experience with Service Portfolio Management, Digital Portfolio Management, and Service Mapping (including tag-based mapping) within operational workflows. They also build integrations using APIs and transformation techniques, and create workflows and scripted APIs to customize ServiceNow solutions.
