Key Responsibilities
- Lead HAM Architectural Strategy & Vision
- Design HAM module & CMDB for hardware assets
- Architect automated workflows (Service Catalog, Flow Designer)
- Oversee complex integrations with enterprise systems
- Enforce data quality, governance, and reconciliation
Technical Overview
Leads architecture of HAM on ServiceNow including CMDB, Discovery, and Flow Designer workflows. Proficient in JavaScript, Service Portal, custom app development, and ITIL-aligned governance. Drives data quality, reconciliation, and cross-system integrations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior ServiceNow Architect with 15+ years of IT experience, deep HAM expertise, CMDB/Discovery proficiency, and a track record of leading integrations and governance in a DoD/government context. Must possess an active Secret clearance and be capable of steering HAM architecture end-to-end.
