Lead the architecture and development of ServiceNow solutions, including scalable system design, data migration, and adherence to best practices. Own implementations across Proven Optics, SPM, and GRC modules and provide technical leadership through upgrades, releases, and complex troubleshooting.

It requires hands-on expertise with Proven Optics, SPM, and GRC, custom REST/SOAP APIs, database and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and building CI/CD pipelines for Production/Pre-production releases in a cloud environment.
