ServiceNow CMDB Asset Management Specialist - Manager role to manage CMDB data lifecycle, accuracy, and integrity, lead ITAM and CSDM initiatives, and collaborate with ServiceNow developers and integration teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end lifecycle of CIs and IT assets in ServiceNow CMDB
Collaborate with architects/developers for data flow
Monitor CMDB health metrics and remediation
Support ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping and integrations
Ensure CMDB processes support audit, risk, and regulatory requirements

The ideal candidate is a senior ServiceNow CMDB specialist with 8-10 years of experience, deep CMDB data management, ITAM, ITIL, and discovery/integration experience, capable of leading CMDB initiatives across multiple Indian locations in a hybrid model.
