ServiceNow CMDB Specialist

Oversee the ServiceNow CMDB program, including discovery, CI relationships, and alignment with CSDM; ensure data accuracy and governance; provide guidance and training on CMDB best practices to IT teams and vendors.

• Implement, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB
• Define and enforce CMDB policies, standards, business rules, and procedures
• Perform audits and reconciliation to ensure CMDB data accuracy and integrity
• Configure and manage discovery schedules, probes, sensors, and credentials
• Deploy and manage MID Servers
• Align CMDB structure with the Common Services Data Model (CSDM) and manage CI classes/relationships

Technical scope centers on ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, MID Server, and integration with Windows and Linux environments; scripting with PowerShell, JavaScript, and Python; data governance, dashboards, and automation.

The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior ServiceNow CMDB specialist with hands-on experience configuring and maintaining the ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM alignment. They should be proficient in scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python), work across Windows and Linux, and collaborate effectively with IT teams and vendors.
