About this role

BCMC is hiring a ServiceNow Functional Analyst to support customer environment operations remotely. The role focuses on HR process analysis and optimization in ServiceNow HRSD, including requirements, SDLC/agile delivery, UAT, and end user training planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide organization change management consulting and business analysis
  • Analyze, design, and optimize HR processes within ServiceNow HRSD
  • Implement processes, workflows and capabilities
  • Support functional SDLC/agile delivery including User Acceptance Testing facilitation and execution
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and manage stakeholder requirements

Technical Overview

Functional ServiceNow HRSD work covering HR processes, implementation of workflows and capabilities, and participation across all phases of the SDLC using agile development. Includes facilitating and executing User Acceptance Testing and planning End User Training with stakeholder management and requirements gathering.

They have active DoD Secret Clearance and functional SDLC/agile exposure, including facilitating User Acceptance Testing and planning End User Training, along with strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
