About this role
Crowe seeks a Senior Consultant to lead ServiceNow IRM projects, manage client engagements, and contribute to sales and solution design across ServiceNow applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client projects across ServiceNow applications (IRM, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.)
- Serve as primary client contact and manage expectations
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions
- Deliver sales demos and support proposals
Technical Overview
Hands-on ServiceNow implementation with JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows, UI Policies, and REST/SOAP integrations; experience with CSA/Implementation Specialist certifications is preferred.
Ideal Candidate
Ideal candidate has 2+ years of direct ServiceNow implementation experience, capable of independently leading client projects, and contributing to business development. Strong ServiceNow development skills (JavaScript, workflows, UI policies) and a track record of client-facing delivery are essential.
