Crowe is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join ServiceNow Cloud Solutions team to lead IRM/ITSM/CSM implementations and contribute to business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end client projects across ServiceNow applications (IRM, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps) ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Serve as primary client contact for engagements
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, effective ServiceNow solutions
  • Facilitate workshops and design sessions with clients
  • Configure, customize, and extend ServiceNow applications while overseeing staff

Technical Overview

Hands-on ServiceNow IRM/ITSM/CSM/HRSD/SecOps implementations with integrations; JavaScript; REST/SOAP APIs; cloud and on-site deployments; client-facing delivery

The ideal candidate is a senior ServiceNow consultant with 2+ years of direct implementation experience, capable of leading client projects, guiding business development, and delivering IRM/ITSM/CSM solutions in a consulting environment.
