About this role
ServiceNow IT Service Management Intern will develop, organize, and maintain Skechers' knowledge base within the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with subject matter experts to standardize knowledge articles and manage lifecycle across global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain knowledge articles in the ServiceNow platform following templates and formatting standards
- Research and document IT processes and solutions for knowledge base enhancement
- Convert existing documentation into standardized ServiceNow knowledge articles
- Monitor knowledge articles approaching expiration dates and coordinate renewal processes with content owners
- Collaborate with teams to update, renew, or retire outdated knowledge base content

Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow Knowledge Base and documentation workflows; content management, template standardization, and knowledge lifecycle management.
