ServiceNow ITAM Developer focused on SAM and HAM, responsible for asset lifecycle management, data normalization, and integration workflows to provide real-time asset visibility and cloud cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery for ServiceNow SAM and HAM
Partner with stakeholders to automate asset workflows
Oversee integrations with core systems such as Coupa, Okta, JAMF, and Intune
Build and maintain integrations for SaaS connectors (Salesforce, Workday, Adobe)
Maintain CSDM-aligned asset data and dashboards

Technical Overview

Deep ServiceNow expertise with SAM/HAM modules, IntegrationHub, and complex integrations to Workday/NetSuite/Coupa; strong JavaScript scripting and CMDB data modeling (CSDM).

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a ServiceNow Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAM/HAM, CSA certification, and strong ITAM process knowledge. They should be proficient with IntegrationHub, REST/JSON, and scripting in JavaScript, with a track record of building automated asset management workflows and integrations across Workday, NetSuite, and Coupa.

Must-Have Skills

3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow DeveloperServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is requiredCIS–SAM or CIS–HAM is highly preferredStrong understanding of ITAM processes (procurementdeploymentharvestingdisposal)
