About this role
A remote role supporting the Department of the Air Force by designing and configuring ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, including discovery and CMDB management, with active security clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with stakeholders on discovery
- Implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM
- Maintain CMDB and Service Mapping
- Support security assessments
- Ensure accurate enterprise discovery
Technical Overview
Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, ITSM, and security assessments; experience with Axonius; enterprise discovery workshops; configuration management.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced ServiceNow ITOM engineer with at least 7 years of experience in discovery, CMDB, and service mapping, holding active security clearance, and capable of coordinating enterprise discovery and security assessments in a defense environment.
