About this role

Crowe is seeking a highly technical Senior Staff to join our ServiceNow ITOM team. The role focuses on hands-on ServiceNow ITOM development and configuration with a strong emphasis on Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, plus integration with external monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM, including: Discovery patterns, probes, and sensors; MID Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting; Event Management rule creation and alert correlation; Service Mapping design and deployment
  • Develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems (e.g., monitoring tools, CMDB feeders)
  • Translate technical requirements and architecture into scalable, supportable implementations
  • Work closely with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure solution quality and alignment
  • Travel up to 30% for client engagements

Technical Overview

Hands-on ITOM configurations, MID Server installation/troubleshooting, integration with SolarWinds/SCOM/Dynatrace/LogicMonitor; REST/SOAP APIs; JavaScript; CMDB; cloud/hybrid environments (AWS/Azure/GCP); testing and performance tuning.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior ServiceNow ITOM professional with 3+ years of hands-on ITOM experience, CSA/CIS/CAD preferred; capable of implementing Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management and integrating with external monitoring tools; comfortable traveling up to 30% for client engagements.
