Managerial Service Mapping/CMDB role focused on building and governing end-to-end service maps within ServiceNow, including discovery and integration, in a banking IT environment.

  • Create and maintain business service and application service maps; Validate relationships between services and underlying CIs; Ensure data freshness and mapping quality; Participate in KPI reporting and governance; Collaborate with Discovery and Infrastructure teams
