About this role
Managerial Service Mapping/CMDB role focused on building and governing end-to-end service maps within ServiceNow, including discovery and integration, in a banking IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain business service and application service maps; Validate relationships between services and underlying CIs; Ensure data freshness and mapping quality; Participate in KPI reporting and governance; Collaborate with Discovery and Infrastructure teams
Technical Overview
Hands-on with Service Mapping, CMDB, Discovery; cloud environments; ITSM processes; APIs and data integration; familiarity with MID Server
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior/managerial ServiceNow practitioner with strong CMDB/service mapping experience, capable of leading end-to-end mapping initiatives in a hybrid cloud environment, and driving governance with ITSM alignment.
