About this role
Maintain and enhance ServiceNow development, test, and production environments for a USCENTCOM program. Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and service catalog items while supporting Scrum-based delivery and ongoing operations.

- Maintain and upgrade ServiceNow development/test/production environments
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
- Build and maintain service catalog items with states, flows, and UI policies
- Monitor system stability and perform risk assessments
- Support Scrum process, testing, debugging, documentation, and end-user support
Technical Overview
ServiceNow Platform Engineer responsible for ServiceNow system maintenance, workflow development, upgrades, dashboard/KPI reporting, and configuration of core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Requests, Service Catalog). Works with ServiceNow HTML/CSS and (preferred) Angular JS, Jelly scripts, and Restful API webservices, and may patch solutions in a Linux environment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a ServiceNow Software Platform Engineer with 5+ years of related experience and hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience (including 1–3 years implementing ServiceNow). They have strong knowledge of workflows, service catalog configuration, UI policies/business rules/client scripts, and can operate within Scrum while maintaining and troubleshooting ServiceNow environments under Secret clearance requirements.
