About this role

CrowdStrike Services Operations Analyst to develop proposals, SOWs, and other business development documentation, and support the daily operations of the Services business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage requests to develop SOWs
Support project setup/wrap-up for resource planning and forecasting
Develop proposals and respond to RFPs
Maintain templates and archives with Legal and Finance
Support process improvements and automation

Technical Overview

Proficient in Jira, Salesforce, FinancialForce, Ironclad, RFPIO; perform invoicing, engagement analytics, and revenue/booking forecasting.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an operations or business analytics professional with 2+ years of experience, comfortable coordinating SOWs and proposals for a professional services practice, and proficient in Jira, Salesforce, and RFPIO.

Must-Have Skills
