Lead packaging operations on a 2-2-3 schedule, driving safe, efficient, and reliable performance. The role coaches teams, monitors operational systems like PPCCS, and improves results through continuous improvement and loss elimination while maintaining SQF/HACCP/GMP compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations and process control to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance
- Drive continuous improvement, problem-solving, and loss elimination initiatives
- Develop team members' technical and leadership capabilities while fostering accountability
- Ensure asset optimization, data integrity, and strong brew line performance
- Uphold all Molson Coors quality, safety, and regulatory standards (SQF, HACCP, GMP)
Technical Overview
Focuses on operational process control and performance monitoring using Molson Coors WCSC principles and best work practices, including PPCCS. Ensures data integrity, asset optimization, and strong packaging/brew line performance, aligned to site initiatives such as DDS, WDS, and 90day initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a manufacturing operations leader with 1-3 years of high-speed manufacturing operations experience and strong process-control instincts. They can safely run daily packaging operations, drive continuous improvement and loss elimination, and hold teams accountable to SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards.
