Lead the shift operations by guiding junior team members, monitoring equipment and production performance, and reinforcing safety and standard procedures. Verify raw materials, report quality/output/inventory metrics to the supervisor, and help coordinate emergency response as the evening/weekend facilitator.

Technical Overview

Requires the ability to interpret safety and operating/maintenance instructions and to perform basic math for production measurement.

They can lead junior team members, verify raw materials, operate equipment, monitor machine performance, and report quality/output/inventory metrics to a supervisor on 3rd shift.
