The ideal candidate is a warehouse or shipping operations professional with 1+ years of experience supporting daily throughput activities like load planning and Load Flow Control. They are strong in safety and SOP compliance, can communicate with multiple internal partners, and are comfortable coordinating trailers/dock doors to protect on-time performance.
