About this role
This role coordinates daily product movement and shipping activities within a distribution center. It includes generating shipping documentation, entering shipping transaction data into multiple systems, and tracking pickups and Proof of Delivery (POD) to support customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily product movements with sales and customers
- Generate Bills of Lading, customs paperwork, and proforma invoices
- Perform data entry in AX, JDE, SAP & DSI
- Manage pick-ups and track Proof of Delivery (POD)
- Communicate order status and handle PO issues via emails and phone calls
