About this role
Annapurna Labs is seeking an SI/PI Engineer to define, design, and validate signal integrity and power integrity for AWS next generation machine learning ASICs. The role emphasizes simulation-driven hardware problem solving and collaboration across the hardware organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute SI/PI engineering topics for machine learning ASICs
- Simulate and validate designs using Hspice, Cadence, and HFSS
- Work with advanced packaging technologies and power delivery systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product decisions
- Solve complex SI/PI challenges in high-speed digital design
Technical Overview
You will apply signal integrity and power integrity engineering to PCB design and power delivery systems, using simulation tools including Hspice, Cadence, and HFSS. The position may involve advanced packaging technologies and valuable experience with die capacitors, SOC power, and 3D/2.5D EMIR simulation tools.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an SI/PI Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on signal integrity and power integrity experience. They are proficient with simulation tools such as Hspice, Cadence, and HFSS, and can apply this expertise to PCB design, power delivery systems, and advanced packaging technologies for AWS next generation machine learning ASICs.
