Site IT Support Associate providing onsite end-user IT support at PPG's Oak Creek plant, handling hardware/software/LAN issues, user training, and proactive monitoring under policies with no direct reports.

They should be capable of handling routine PC hardware/software issues, basic LAN/voice network problems, and user training in a rotating-shift environment.
