Site Leader for SSD operations at a fulfillment center in Wisconsin, responsible for achieving budgetary, people development, and operational objectives. Leads a team of Operations and Area Managers, drives Lean initiatives, safety and quality, and ensures staffing and performance targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Drive quality, process improvement, and Lean initiatives to meet/exceed business plan
Oversee safety, quality, and performance and customer experience
Set expectations for Operations and Area Managers; measure performance
Collaborate with support staff to secure resources
Lead leadership bench strength and development

Technical Overview

Primarily operations management with focus on Lean/process improvement, safety, quality, and metrics; collaborates with HR, Finance, Facilities, and Safety to secure resources and drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a seasoned site leader with 5+ years of direct management experience in a fulfillment/FC environment, strong Lean/process-improvement acumen, and a proven track record in safety, quality, and staffing lifecycle management.
