About this role
This contract role is responsible for implementing and maintaining Smartsuite Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) for technology clients in the US. You will lead SaaS implementation activities including requirements workshops, workflow design/configuration, and daily implementation status reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Smartsuite GRC SaaS software
- Manage project activities including requirements workshops, workflows, and data model understanding
- Provide daily reporting on implementation status and issues
- Log and resolve issues during implementation
- Design and configure custom workflows and functionality
Technical Overview
The technical scope includes Smartsuite GRC SaaS software implementation with deep coverage of GRC use cases: audits, risk, policy and compliance, and third party vendor risk. The specialist will define and document workflows, understand the data model, configure custom workflows/functionality, and manage implementation issues and resolution while working with remote teams.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience implementing GRC software, specifically Smartsuite or MetricStream. They are hands-on with configuring and designing workflows, gathering customer requirements through workshops, and driving SaaS implementation activities end-to-end. They communicate clearly, are detail-oriented with Excel/Word/PowerPoint proficiency, and can collaborate effectively with remote teams.
