Technical Overview
You will administer Snowflake day-to-day, including provisioning, configuration, and user access management, plus implementing high availability. The role also emphasizes SQL (stored procedures), ETL workflow support (including SSIS), performance tuning, and security controls like role-based access controls and data masking, with automation using Bash/shell scripting on Linux.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior Snowflake Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on Snowflake administration experience, plus 3+ years of healthcare domain experience. They are strong in SQL and database performance tuning, can implement high availability, and secure the platform with role-based access controls and data masking policies.
