About this role
The Social Media Manager will design and execute social media content strategies for events and venues, creating engaging posters and short-form videos, managing content across platforms, and optimizing ads. The role requires creative design, content planning, and analytics to grow followers and engagement in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design eye-catching event posters and promotional graphics
- Create and edit engaging short-form videos (Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms
- Develop and execute content strategies to organically grow followers and engagement
- Run and optimize social media ads for increased reach and conversions
Technical Overview
Hands-on experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; production of short-form video for Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts; experience in running social media advertising campaigns and content scheduling across multiple platforms.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level Social Media Manager with 2 years of proven experience managing social accounts, strong design and video editing skills, and a portfolio demonstrating creative campaigns.
