About this role
Develop and execute organic social media content for Caesars properties, focusing on multiple brands and sub-brands, with emphasis on content creation, brand voice consistency, and influencer/paid support where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with social content during high-traffic times
- Manage social media audits for enterprise campaigns
- Moderate UGC per policy
- Track and report on insights and metrics
- Liaise with Corporate Social Media for influencer marketing and paid social
Technical Overview
Scope includes social content strategy and execution across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) using Sprout Social; hands-on in photography tools (Photoshop, Lightroom) and standard office software; alignment with editorial calendars and social audits.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level social media specialist with hands-on experience creating organic content and managing brand voices across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok. They are proficient with Sprout Social and Adobe Creative tools, and can own content calendars and influencer marketing initiatives in a hospitality environment.
