Senior eDiscovery support engineer responsible for maintaining Relativity-based hosting platforms and delivering high-quality support to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced support for Relativity Server and RelOne; Troubleshoot distributed systems; Coordinate incidents; Create doc/runbooks; Drive end-to-end resolution
Technical Overview
Hands-on experience with Relativity Server, RelOne, Windows/Linux servers, SQL Server, AD/MFA, Azure, and ServiceNow; strong troubleshooting across distributed environments.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced eDiscovery support engineer with 5–7 years of Relativity experience, strong Windows and SQL Server knowledge, and the ability to manage enterprise SLAs in a remote environment.
