Software Engineer 1 focused on data integration and ETL/ELT development to enable analytics in a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, operating and maintaining data integration and ETL/ELT pipelines
Full stack ownership with production-ready code
Optimize designs for scalability, reliability, and performance
Analyze failures and propose design changes
Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance and security

Technical Overview

Hands-on Java development for data processing and system integrations; strong SQL; BI tooling with Tableau/Power BI; cloud data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake; Agile/DevOps practices.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level data integration software engineer with 2-3 years of ETL/ELT experience, strong Java and SQL, experience with Databricks and Snowflake, and BI tool experience (Tableau/Power BI), comfortable in an agile/DevOps environment within Banking.
