About this role

Staff-level software engineer to lead design and architectural decisions for Broadcom Tanzu cloud-native platform, with a focus on full-stack development and AI integration. Mentors engineers, drives best practices, and collaborates across product, design, and other teams.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with product managers and engineers in design and implementation of product enhancements and bug fixes
Drive architectural decisions and best practices across multiple teams
Mentor and coach junior engineers
Collaborate with product management, design, and other engineering teams to define and execute the product roadmap
Conduct complex code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Technical Overview

Full-stack stack with Python/Java/JavaScript, Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and experience with scalable, secure, high-availability software. Knowledge of Tanzu Platform 10, Bitnami, and Spring AI is a plus.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior staff software engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, proficiency in Python/Java/JavaScript, cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP), and solid architecture skills. Must be able to lead architectural decisions across distributed teams and mentor junior engineers while delivering scalable cloud-native solutions.
