Technical Overview

This is a production-focused engineering role aligned with modern cloud and container orchestration themes, centered on Lustre development. The engineer will help scale systems sustainably via automation and improve reliability and velocity, while producing technical documentation and collaborating on feature/solution requirements.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior-to-executive Software Engineer with 8+ years of Lustre development experience and recognized expertise in the Lustre community. They have a strong track record building and leading technical teams, recruiting Lustre developers, and commercializing file products end-to-end, with clear communication to senior leadership and Product Marketing.
