About this role

Build and operate a desktop automation platform for enterprise AI agents, enabling deterministic execution across Windows environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the desktop execution platform: session lifecycle, remote access / execution, and integration with the AI pipeline
  • Build and evolve the remote desktop substrate (VNC/RFB, RDP) that connects agents to Windows sessions
  • Drive reliability and observability across the desktop execution platform
  • Work deeply with ML-focused team members on bringing in additional context to recording and execution pipelines
  • Relocation/onsite in NYC or remote collaboration with the founding team

Stack includes TypeScript, Python, Appium, VNC/RFB, RDP, Kubernetes, Temporal, and Windows accessibility tooling; focus on session management, remote desktop, and perception pipeline.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level software engineer with hands-on experience building automation infrastructure for desktop environments and strong TypeScript and Python skills, comfortable working in hybrid NYC/remote setups.
