Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a Staff II level software engineer with 8+ years in full-stack development, deep Ruby on Rails expertise, and strong frontend experience (React/JavaScript). They should have substantial Azure/AWS cloud experience, CI/CD pipelines, and fintech/payments domain familiarity.
