About this role

Dover is seeking a Software Engineer - I to provide application support and incident handling for eQMS/EHS applications; assist in configuration changes, data uploads, and validation; and manage documentation and process trackers in a hybrid work setting.

Key Responsibilities

Act as point of contact for end-user issues in eQMS/EHS applications like ETQ/Enablon
Prioritize and track incidents/service requests
Perform initial troubleshooting for basic issues in eQMS/EHS applications like ETQ/Enablon
Escalate complex technical issues to next level
Update ticketing systems with resolution details

Technical Overview

Role requires familiarity with MS Office suite; knowledge of SaaS/PaaS/IaaS concepts; basic scripting or RPA; and experience with Jira and ServiceNow, along with eQMS/EHS tools such as ETQ/Enablon.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an entry-level software engineer with 1-3 years of experience, familiar with eQMS/EHS applications (ETQ/Enablon), and comfortable performing basic incident support, data uploads, and documentation. They should have strong MS Office skills and be capable of collaborating in a hybrid manufacturing environment.
