About this role
Software Engineer II at Monogram Health will contribute to greenfield clinical and patient-facing applications, work in an agile team, and mentor offshore developers while ensuring secure, high-quality healthcare software.
Key Responsibilities
- Work within an agile engineering team
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to offshore team
- Participate in defining scope, objectives, technical direction and be able to independently analyze and design implementations
- Collaborate with business partners to provide recommendations for technology decisions for complex healthcare integrations
- Establish, maintain, and ensure compliance with standards and procedures for design, development, testing, documentation, and Cl/CD, contributing to high quality, secure, and reliable systems that meet our business needs
Technical Overview
Tech scope includes WebAP!, Dotnet Core, .NET Framework, C#, React; Azure cloud; SQL; HL7/FHIR data exchange; Agile processes; CI/CD; cross-functional collaboration.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level software engineer with strong .NET and React experience, 4+ years in software development, healthcare integrations, HL7/FHIR familiarity, and the ability to collaborate with offshore teams in a remote, agile setting.
