Position Details
About this role
Lead Software Engineer within QED Domain, driving DevSecOps enhancements, CI/CD improvements, infrastructure-as-code adoption, and tooling across the D&S domain; focus on security, automation, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, code, and test complex tactical as well as strategic multi-functional technical solutions, often collaborating with Engineers or Architects outside of team/department.
- Leads the team in in-depth code/design reviews and communicates updates and impacts to collaborators to ensure smooth daily operation
- Design and lead QE roadmap for the D&S domain, build and integrate enablers for domain-specific needs, and serve as the voice of QED in collaborator forums
- Respond to requests from domain executive leadership
- Implement infrastructure as code and CI/CD improvements
Technical Overview
Focus on SDLC security, CI/CD pipelines, IaC, automation, enterprise tooling adoption; working with Engineers and Architects to streamline development.

The ideal candidate is a senior software engineer lead with strong DevSecOps experience, CI/CD, IaC, security-in-the-SDLC mindset, and a track record of leading quality engineering initiatives across enterprise teams.
