About this role

Regions Financial seeks a Software Engineer Senior Manager to oversee multiple departments and ensure the application portfolio is stable, compliant, and technically mature, while collaborating with TODD and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Manages all aspects of system design, development, deployment, acquisition, and ongoing maintenance for all application systems
Serves as the primary technology contact for senior management from all areas of the organization
Creates and refines operational processes and systems to ensure regulatory and audit compliance
Applies interdisciplinary approach to plan, design, develop, and verify basic lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions
Evaluates customer and operational needs to define system performance requirements

Technical Overview

Leads system design, development, deployment, acquisition and maintenance of applications; ensures regulatory and audit compliance, risk management, and cyber security; emphasizes change management and cross-functional alignment.
