About this role

Software Engineering Manager to lead development of NeoGenomics’ internally developed platforms in a remote-friendly healthcare environment with a focus on AI-assisted development and integration with EHR systems.

Key Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for overall application development and administration of solution environments; Manage onshore and offshore teams; Drive technical excellence and code optimization; Own delivery outcomes for development workstreams; Drive AI-assisted development and testing practices

Technical Overview

Stack includes .NET web APIs (C#, ASP.NET), Python, SPA front-end (Vue.js, React), Microsoft SQL Server, Azure cloud, and healthcare data standards (EHR, HL7, FHIR). Expertise in AI-assisted coding and regulated environments is a plus.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a software engineering manager with 5+ years leading healthcare software development, strong .NET and Python experience, and familiarity with EHR/Hl7/FHIR systems. They should be capable of guiding AI-assisted development in a regulated healthcare setting.

Must-Have Skills
