Senior Manager to lead modernization of Wells Fargo's banker-facing digital platforms and authentication strategy. Manages engineers and engineering managers, partners with architects to implement strategies, and drives application modernization and security compliance in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of engineers and engineering managers
- Ensure adherence to Banking Platform Architecture and non-functional requirements
- Partner with architects and engineers to implement technology strategies and migration paths to target architecture
- Act as technical representative for product during cross-team planning
- Identify opportunities to resolve roadblocks and manage SDLC and security standards
