About this role
Shape and build next-generation pipeline deployment infrastructure by creating and improving automation for building and deploying client testing and implementation environments. Own monitoring, troubleshooting, and remediation, and lead tooling modernization from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitHub Enterprise/GitHub Actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and improve automation that builds and deploys environments for client testing and implementation teams.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and remediate build and deployment issues with focus on automating promotion.
- Write Jenkins groovy shared library framework, Ansible and other tools; configure and run Maven build jobs.
- Provision and configure Kubernetes/OpenShift namespaces and perform package releases with Helm charts.
- Migrate CI/CD from Bitbucket SCM and Jenkins to GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions; create reusable Actions as a platform SME.

Includes migration work to GitHub Enterprise/GitHub Actions, infrastructure provisioning, metrics/dashboarding, and InfoSec security testing aligned with DevOps platform enablement practices and 12-factor application design.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a DevOps engineer with at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience building and automating CI/CD pipelines and deployments. They are experienced with Jenkins (including groovy shared libraries), Ansible, Maven, Kubernetes and OpenShift, Helm charts, Flyway, Artifactory, and GitHub Enterprise/GitHub Actions migration efforts. They operate with a platform mindset, act as an SME, and collaborate closely with release managers, development teams, and DBA’s to ensure secure, reliable software delivery.
