About this role
Senior QA Engineer supporting F-35 ALIS/ODIN; ensures QMS compliance, leads RCCA and process audits; hybrid remote work with potential for office visits in Orlando.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate/assist root causes and corrective actions
- SW QA support for peer reviews, SW audits, regression testing, integration & test, and functional sell-off
- Develop and analyze SW quality metrics
- Interface with customer on program activities
- Support ALIS/ODIN Quality in QMS, Lean/Six Sigma, and process audit program

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior software QA engineer with 6-8+ years in aerospace/defense, familiar with AS9100/ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, and QA processes, able to work in a hybrid environment and obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related disciplineExperience in system/software dependenciesprocess flow and development methodologiesExperience supporting System & Software Engineering requirementsdesignintegration and test activities in an Agile Development Framework (DevSecOps) as an active team member/participantExperienced in Root Cause Analysis methodologies and development of Corrective Action Plans and facilitating RCCA eventsAbility to conduct and document process audits and evaluations
