The Solar Pre-Construction Manager leads pre-construction activities from initial opportunity through construction kick-off on RES third-party construction opportunities. The role effectively acts as project manager during the pursuit phase and ensures a seamless handover to the selected execution team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage pre-construction activities from opportunity through construction kick-off
  • Coordinate engineering, estimating, and procurement to plan projects
  • Develop proposal execution strategy including schedule and cash flow/cancellation deliverables
  • Monitor design scope changes impacting budget/schedule and communicate changes
  • Support contracts/contract exhibits and ensure smooth handover via project kick-off process and Procore
