About this role

Lead quality assurance efforts for new solutions and app launches across the product pipeline. Own QA planning and testing across functional, regression, end-to-end (E2E), and SIV testing while coordinating with engineering, product, GTM, support, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide QA leadership for all new solutions and app launches across the pipeline
  • Own QA planning and execution across functional, regression, end-to-end (E2E), and SIV testing
  • Define and maintain QA strategy, test plans, entry/exit criteria, and release readiness checkpoints
  • Release Readiness & Risk Management: Define release readiness criteria and provide go/no go recommendations
  • Lead internal and external Beta programs, including planning, execution, issue triage, and exit reporting

Technical Overview

SDLC and QA lifecycle ownership with Agile/Sprint and CI/CD delivery; hands-on QA planning and end-to-end testing; release governance and post-launch monitoring.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior QA professional with 6-10 years of QA planning and release readiness experience, capable of leading QA for new solutions and managing beta programs with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
