About this role
Senior leadership role overseeing Salesforce Solution Engineering across SMB, Commercial, Enterprise and Key Accounts. Responsible for guiding transformation, building a high-performing SE team, and delivering compelling value propositions to executive-level clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales leadership to communicate and deliver Salesforce's transformational value proposition
- Lead and manage a diverse Solutions Engineering team
- Collaborate with Sales to create and execute growth plans
- Develop and scale organizational programs to enhance team productivity
- Represent Salesforce at the highest levels with customers and stakeholders
Technical Overview
Leadership of Salesforce-oriented pre-sales and solution design activities with a focus on cloud-based Salesforce platforms, enterprise integration, and go-to-market strategies. Interaction with CIOs and Heads of Architecture to demonstrate Salesforce capabilities.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an executive-level Solutions Engineering leader with 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, strategy, and sales organizations, and a proven ability to lead large SE teams across enterprise accounts. He/she should be adept at engaging CIOs and Heads of Architecture, shaping transformational Salesforce-based solutions, and driving go-to-market and talent development initiatives.
