About this role

Braze is hiring a Solutions Architect (Technical Architect) to advise customers end-to-end on technical strategy. The role focuses on designing bespoke solutions and integrations, positioning Braze value through workshops and consultative communication, and ensuring successful adoption and time-to-value.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted, deeply technical advisor and own technical strategy workstreams
Design and implement bespoke, complex technical solutions and integrations
Act as a technical conduit between Braze and customer product/engineering teams
Ensure solutions adhere to security best practices, compliance regulations, and architectural standards
Maximize customer adoption, retention, and time-to-value through effective Braze platform implementation

Technical Overview

You will translate customer business and technical requirements into architecture and technical strategy for the Braze platform. Responsibilities include designing complex integrations, documenting solutions for automation and iterative deployment, and enforcing security best practices, compliance regulations, and architectural standards while supporting ongoing optimization across the customer lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a Solutions Architect / Technical Architect with strong customer-facing technical expertise, capable of understanding client requirements quickly and designing bespoke solutions and integrations. They should be able to serve as a trusted technical advisor across the customer lifecycle, ensuring solutions align with security best practices, compliance regulations, and architectural standards while driving customer time-to-value through adoption, retention, and optimization.
