Dialpad is hiring a Solutions Architect to serve as the technical backbone for customer deployments. The role focuses on guiding integrations and onboarding, using deep networking and telephony knowledge to ensure customers succeed throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional technical experience for Dialpad deployments
- Provide expert consulting and guidance on technical solutions
- Support the entire deployment process and ensure long-term customer success
- Educate and onboard customers on Dialpad products
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to drive customer outcomes
Technical Overview
You will advise on technical solutions and support Dialpad deployments, with emphasis on networking, telephony networks, and integrations using REST APIs. You will collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, and Support to troubleshoot challenges and deliver a world-class customer technical experience.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a customer-facing Solutions Architect with hands-on experience in networking and telephony networks, including building and troubleshooting integrations using REST APIs. They have delivered technical deployments and onboarding for customers as a technical backbone within Professional Services, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.
