Technical Overview
Scope includes cloud and network security services with emphasis on Azure, CCaaS, Unified Communications, MDR/XDR/EDR; POC leadership and SOW/quote development in a centralized delivery model.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior solutions architect with 5-10 years of experience in pre-sales engineering and IT managed services, who can design and deliver cloud, UC, and CCaaS solutions, and translate requirements into SOWs and POCs.
