About this role
Senior Solutions Architect responsible for defining software architecture for WFM integrations and security, and for creating the technical strategy/roadmap for WFM products. Partners with technology teams and business stakeholders to drive value.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Technology Teams to establish software architecture for standards
- Create detailed architectural designs for WFM integrations
- Incorporate application security standards into solutions
- Define technical strategy/roadmap for WFM products
- Coach and mentor Technology Teams; promote architecture standards

Stacks include Python/Java/JavaScript, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), APIs (REST/SOAP), DevOps (GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes/Docker), and workforce management systems (Kronos, Pro WFM, Workday Timekeeping). Emphasizes security architecture and enterprise architecture practices.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior solutions architect with strong experience integrating Workforce Management systems and cloud-based architectures. They should demonstrate 5+ years of software design/development, proficiency across AWS/Azure/GCP, and the ability to lead architecture discussions with both technical and business stakeholders.
