About this role
Act as a trusted Solutions Engineer supporting Square’s largest sellers and partners. You architect and develop applications and integrations, co-sell alongside Sales, and provide ongoing white-glove support for omnichannel commerce experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to support sellers integrating with Square
- Collaborate with Partnerships to facilitate partner integrations
- Advise on suitable Square solutions and integrations based on seller and partner architecture goals
- Provide ongoing white-glove support to strategic sellers and partners
- Co-sell complex solutions alongside Sales teams
Technical Overview
You work on technical architecture and integration work, with hands-on full-stack development and proficiency in RESTful APIs. You collaborate with Partnerships and Product via market feedback and help ensure solutions align to Square's platform goals for reliability and adoption.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced Solutions Engineer (8+ years) with strong sales engineering and client-facing skills. They have hands-on full-stack development experience with RESTful APIs, a proven track record of co-selling complex solutions, and the ability to architect integrations for omnichannel commerce on Square's platform.
