About this role
Higharc seeks a Solutions Engineer to partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle. You will run discovery sessions, lead platform demos, and create ROI narratives and business cases while translating homebuilder workflows into a compelling future-state vision powered by Higharc.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with homebuilders to uncover current-state workflows and priorities
- Shape solution strategy with Account Executives toward a future-state powered by Higharc
- Lead platform demonstrations for prospects
- Build ROI narratives and business cases quantifying impact
- Support post-sale discovery, onboarding, or training for strategic accounts
Technical Overview
This role is focused on pre-sales solutioning for a homebuilding platform (Higharc). It requires understanding homebuilding functional areas (Estimating, Design, Sales, Finance, Land, Purchasing) and communicating how modules and workflows connect to drive enterprise adoption and measurable outcomes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a solutions engineer or sales engineer with experience in homebuilding, construction tech, or proptech, comfortable leading discovery sessions and platform demonstrations. They can translate real-world workflows into ROI-driven business cases and partner closely with Account Executives using a Challenger sales approach, with strong executive communication skills.
